| Booking Service Appointments |

We recommend appointments whenever possible. Saturdays are busy, so please book an appointment early in the week where possible. When picking your vehicle up, you can go right to the Service counter (or to the Showroom Reception desk, if after regular Service hours). For your convenience, Tony Graham Infiniti features on-line service appointment booking. |

| Shuttle Bus |
| Our Shuttle Bus will take you to work, home or anywhere else in town you need to be while your vehicle is in for service. The Shuttle leaves Tony Graham Infiniti at 8:10 am, starting with Kanata or further West then traveling Eastbound for your destination, after which there is no set schedule. The Service Shuttle runs until 4:00 pm Monday to Friday. |
| Late Night/Early Bird Drop-Off |
| If you can't drop you vehicle off while Service is open: park in "Customer Parking", fill out an envelope located in the box on the Service door, enclose your keys and drop the envelope through the slot. |
| "Open Door Policy" |
| We want you to feel comfortable trusting your vehicle to us. Our Open Door Policy means that if you ever have any questions about the work we're doing on your vehicle, or don't understand any aspect of the servicing, we'll let you see first-hand what we are doing, and why. |
